How is a one-time clean priced?
A flat quote before we start, based on the size of the space, its condition, and what needs doing. No hourly surprises.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. One-time cleans have no contract and no obligation. If you like the work, we're happy to talk about recurring service, but there's no pressure.
Can you come on a weekend?
Yes, when a crew is available. Weekend jobs are quoted up front, like any other one-time clean.
Do you handle biohazard cleanup or water damage?
No. Blood and bodily fluid cleanup, mold, water extraction, and restoration need licensed specialists. Once they've finished, we can come in for the final clean.
