How often should our office be cleaned?
Most offices with a full staff do best with daily cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and trash, plus a weekly deeper pass on everything else. Smaller or hybrid offices often do well with two or three visits a week. We recommend a schedule after the walkthrough, based on your headcount and how the space is used.
When do you clean?
On the schedule that fits your building, set during the walkthrough. Day porter service is also available for busy lobbies, restrooms, and break rooms.
Will we have the same cleaners every time?
Yes. Your building gets a dedicated crew. If a crew member changes, we tell you first and train the replacement on your building before their first shift.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring all cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Paper goods and soap for restrooms and break rooms can be supplied by us or by you, whichever you prefer.
How is pricing set?
You get one fixed monthly price based on your square footage, schedule, and scope. It's set after a free walkthrough, and it only changes if your scope does.
