Post-Construction questions
When should we schedule the final clean?
After the trades are finished and before furniture arrives is ideal. Book the date early and we'll plan a touch-up pass after furniture delivery and punch-list work, so the space is spotless for the walkthrough.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove the dust, packaging, and small debris left in the space. Large construction waste, dumpsters, and hauling stay with the contractor unless we agree otherwise in the scope.
How long does a post-construction clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the space. We'll give you a firm timeline after walking the site, and we can schedule crews to meet a fixed handover date.
Can you work around other trades?
Yes. We coordinate with your superintendent or project manager and clean in phases, so we're never in the way of work that's still underway.
Can this turn into ongoing cleaning?
